I am Rowena B. Alcala, a Master's student at Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila, Philippines. I am currently conducting my Thesis entitled "The Status of AirBnB Presence in the Philippines". This research is designed to examine the status of AirBnB presence in the Philippines and their strengths and weaknesses in terms of service quality and disruption in the hospitality industry as well as to get insights into what relevant practices and laws that can be adopted to regulate the accommodation sharing in the Philippines.
