Contact with guests

Hallo!

There are something wrong with my mail contacts with guests. I have answered there questions but it seems that they don’t get it. I have welcomed some guest but they have not received it and they have booked something else and other guests have asked some questions but my answers don’t reach them.

What do you think can be wrong?
