Hi I'm an Airbnb Superhost but also an Airbnb traveller. As a traveller I've been chasing Airbnb and my host for a significant cancellation fee owed to me. Due to the 2nd Covid lockdown in the UK, the host wanted to refund in full and has transferred this amount to Airbnb but Airbnb has only passed on 36% to me. There seems to be no way to contact an Airbnb support human bus the labryinth of the website. I would hate this to happen to my guests and am determined to find a solution. Advice please?
