Our local Wal Mart starting handing out masks today because of the surge of the disease in Grand Junction, Delta and Montrose Colorado where the beds are full of Covid patients. I need to authorize two refunds for future guests who are not vaccinated and plan not to be.

You need to call Airbnb Customer Service to explain that unvaccinated guests are booked to stay in your home share, and due to heightened COVID infections in your area, public health guidelines recommend that you not have unvaccinated non-family members in the same home.  Ask them to cancel the reservations on your behalf.
