Im a host with a guest checking in in 5 days. I charge a security deposit for long term renters and a pet fee. Because this doesn’t occur with every booking I’ve always used the request money feature in advance of the checkin date but I’m getting an error message and Airbnb is not helping me resolve this, any suggestions?
@Joan2234 If you get an error message when using the mobile app version, try switching to the desktop (or vice versa). Sometimes when a feature is glitchy on one version it works on the other.
