Do you create routes/itineraries for your guests?

Hey,
I am the founder of a startup where we want to help hosts on Airbnb make more money by helping travelers.

I would be very grateful if you answer a couple of questions so that we can more accurately understand the behavior of your guests.
1. Do guests ask for recommendations on where to go? How many out of 100%?
2. Do you create routes for your guests? If so, do many people use them?
3. Do you conduct the excursions yourself?

Hi @Stas573  , I always try to give some advices to my guest. but maybe 10% of them asked about it. Most of them arrives to my country (Bolivia, La Paz) with all plans already bought months ago. They first plan it, buy flight tickets, buy tour tickets, then book as last activity.
I try to show some activities that are not commonly knows for all. I have agreed with some travel agencies for a deal, but a few were accepted or bought inmmediately.
I also offered to guide them, but my work time and far activities doesnt fit.
