Does Airbnb penailize hosts with low booking rate but high view count?

Hello Everyone,
I've been hosting for a bit over a month and have had 14 reservations (through Dec. 21) but have had 1800+ views. It turns out to be a 5-6% booking rate. We're marketing and sharing our place on SM all the time. But now I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better to have less views because Airbnb algorithms might find the views too high for the bookings? Not sure if this is a problem.
Thanks so much for your insights.

@Lauri779 Details of the search algorithm are a well kept secret but I doubt the ratio of bookings to views will be a big swinger. The best way to get high up in the search is to get bookings (a catch 22 for some). Other things that Airbnb 'want' also help like having Instant Book switched on.

@Mike-And-Jane0  Thanks so much for your reply. I was thinking that maybe I was shooting myself in the foot by promoting my place to people that wouldn't book right away. Most of my friends are in the US and travel is not easy now.
We are lucky that we've had so many bookings for being so new and people have wanted to rebook which is great.
I appreciate your help with this. I'm now breathing easier.
