Does airbnb community support staff 's "soon" take too long for you too?

On 6th of this month, the sentence was: "For the issue about cancelling "no rated"guests, a colleague of mine will keep in touch with you very soon."

 

On the 8th, i reopened a support ticket and it became;

"I understand, not a problem. I wil ltransfer you to the propper team so they can cencel this reservation and make sure to submit the refund to the Guest."

 

Or is this some kind of nasty persuasion tactic?

I rented to ** and she had 150 people who destroyed my house and my rputation in the neighborhood.  LOUD RAP MUSIC, people puking off my deck, dozens roming my peacful neighborhood at 2 am until neighbors called the cops and they fled at 3 am.  I FELT VIOLATED FOR A MONTH AFTER.

 

Had to paint walls, repair deck and fence, replace air conditioner.

 

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, Airbnb was the WORST at responding to my needs.  I still dont have anything resolved with them and its been almost a month!!!!!!!!
