Does anyone know how I apply to become an Airbnb Plus Host?

Hi

I've gogled and searched the Airbnb Help but can't find any detail on how to contact Airbnb about becoming Airbnb Plus.  There's lot of information about standards, Ts & Cs and resources etc but no guidance on how to submit an application.  I'd also like to know what the approx. charges are for the photography etc.

Airbnb will send the host invitation for the program.The listing must according to the standard requirements.
