Hi there, recently i made two reservation at the same time, the first one I cancelled but i had some penalties. So i decided to continue stay here But later i received another email booking confirmation which i was not aware about. Once i realized i made a double booking i tried to contact the host he said he cant refund money as their booking cancellation is moderate. Can i request help me to het full refund for the second booking asI am not staying there. Really appreciate your kind help
