In trying to sort the add a photo section I seem to have ended up booking 2 appartments not one. Have contacted host, who I know personally, but how do I sort this so that I get a refund for the extra apartment that not required please? Two fees have been taken form my credit card.
That will be difficult, because double booking is against the rules and there are no refunds for those cancellations. But maybe they will accept if you call airbnb and explain that the owner understood your mistake and is willing to give you the refund. They will get in contact with the owner to confirm.
