Downloading pictures sent via message

Our host sent us some pictures in a message, but it seems they aren't attachments, in fact it looks like these aren't intended to be downloadable attachments at all. I was playing with the HTML source code and couldn't find a link to the message, again I suspect this is by design. Does anyone know of a way a picture might be downloaded from a message?

Attachments can only be sent when there is a confirmed reservation.

The host need to use the email-alias for that. The host need to consult the help files for more information.
