Earnings Summary not loading
I cannot load the Earnings Summary page for 2021. This happened to me last year, and airbnb support had to eventually load it and send it to me. Are others having the same issue?

Yes, earnings summary won't load. CS says "we're working on it."

Hi there @Lisa723 @Jana27 @Lee353, I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. Thank you for reporting it here, as I've passed it on to the team. I hope they can clarify as to why this is happening, as soon as possible.
Also, thanks for the tag @Lisa723. Feel free to also tag me or any of my other colleagues in the future.
I will try and keep you posted here.

I am also having the same issue. I've never had trouble accessing my earnings summary in previous years, but after receiving the link this year, the page still has not been able to load. I've tried to access it through the direct link sent to my email, as well as through my Account -> Payouts -> Taxes. Nothing seems to work. I called support today and the representative was unable to open the page on his end, he said he needed to transfer me to a specialist then hung up.

support just keeps closing my cases when i report this. last year, they just ran it for me and emailed it. i'm unsure why they won't just do that this year.

Support finally got back to me. Apparently they're saying the earning summaries are still not ready and will be rolled out person by person...

Hi @Lee353, after checking with the team, I was told it would be advisable to wait until the first of February to access the most recent tax year.
If you do qualify for a 1099, you should use that instead of the Earnings Summary.
You can access the 1099 by going to Account > Payments & payouts > Taxes
Then select the [...] button for each taxpayer ID added.

It is already February 2? If I follow the process you pasted here, the page never loads and just errors out. I haven't successfully gotten this to load since 2019, so I don't know why someone can't just run the report for me and email it, as they had to do in 2021 when the page wouldn't load.

if you have more than one property on airbnb that don't have the same ownership / partnership, then you can't use the 1099 because the 1099 lumps everything into one bucket instead of breaking the revenue out by individual property

They closed my ticket for this yesterday and said there is now no guidance on when they'll be available... I have no idea how people are supposed to file taxes. I would feel very silly asking my accountant to comb through a huge CSV file to figure this out.
