Scheduled Messages is a great function, but it needs a little tweaking. I followed the instructions to edit a message, but I cannot save it; the "Save" button is grayed out. Suggestions?
@Holly486 In other parts of the Airbnb system this is because the message exceeds the character count. Often, just to be unhelpful, they don't say how many characters are allowed. Try cutting out part of the message and see if the save button lights up.
Good idea and I had thought of that, but the solution was quite different. It appears that every time I go into the Edit Scheduled Message screen, the time requested for the message to be sent disappears and has to be re-entered! Hence, you cannot save, since a required field is missing. Thanks for your help!
