I have been a superhost for two years and have been proud to be a part of Airbnb.
But now, I'm deeply disturbed that the entire company is now associated with DOGE. It is not only about Joe Gebbia’s choice now, your company is a partner to his affiliation. There's no way to separate the two. I’m bracing myself to learn that you, too, may turn away from your company values.
With your Code of Ethics in force, I don’t see any logical way you can justify keeping him on your Board and in charge of your non-profit arm.

We promote diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity… Protected... race, color, religion or religious creed, sex or gender (which includes harassment, discrimination or bullying based on gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, ... sexual orientation… .
We don't tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation - We expect managers… where harassment, bullying, discrimination, and retaliation are never tolerated.
My livelihood in retirement is on the line. I urge you to relieve Joe Gebbia of any related responsibilities at Airbnb.
