Error in ‘Menu’

Error in ‘Menu’

Has anyone had this recent problem as a host?  Over 24 hours ago I noticed that when I went to check my inbox, listing details etc. in the ‘menu’ as I do every day, it’s not there or the calendar etc. The menu section is empty.  I reported this to Airbnb yesterday and EVENTUALLY they admitted that there is a ‘bug’ in their system and that they would fix it. It is not fixed yet and I have heard nothing from them. I am able to contact upcoming guests, but am annoyed at not being able to do what I could do the day before. I had to through their Help Centre every time they messaged me because my inbox has disappeared! Meanwhile Airbnb will take a percentage from me whilst not providing a fully functioning service.

Technical issues can always occur, your issue was indeed reported also by other people.

 

i have bookmarked some URL's which provide direct access to major functions on the platform. It helped me sometimes in case of problems.

 

Here is a selection for the website (based on domain  ".com" , but change this in the URL's for the local Airbnb domain you use, for example ".fr" for France or ".co.uk" for UK etc..):
