Extend stay

I am new to hosting. My guest is not arriving until may and she tried to add an extra day and the system would not allow her to. What do they need to do? Is there something i have to do?  Thank you

@Charlesie1 perhaps try sending a change request to her from your end?

As an aside you only allow stays over 30 days and yet have a 54% monthly discount. Just seems a bit weird to me. Why not just reduce your prices?
