Extending Reservation

Hello,
I went through the verification process a month ago and sent a copy of my BC Driver's License that clearly shows that it expires "2023-Nov-03"
I checked the page on Verification and it states that I have been verified.
I received  an email from our up coming guest (Rita) ,who will be here starting Jan.03/22  she wishes to extend her stay until April and she is unable to do so, although the dates are open.

I have checked my Calendar and they appeared to be open, however, when I went extend Rita's Reservation to April1/22 I was unable to do so. Why?!
I have enjoyed being a part of the Aribnb team since 2012 and I wish to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I see on your calender all dates are unavailable until april 30, so i assume you resolved the issue ?
