Extra Guests

We have a place that can sleep up to 10 comfortably and it is noted on our listing.  We have a family that is interested in having 12 people including children.  We are okay with this.  So do we have to change our listing to 12 people so they can book?  Or do we do a special rate (an additional $50 per night for each child) and charge them the extra rate?

Change the number of guests to 12, add the fee you would charge for additional guests over a certain number, and let them complete the booking.  Then change the guest count back to 10 @Ann-And-Sam0
