HI all, we are brand new to hosting. Couple questions. I have someone wanting to pay for extra guest, I set up an extra guest fee, but its not giving the option at checkout. Also how do I go about charging someone after checkout if there's an issue like smoking, pet, etc. or even an upcharge for use of extra linens.  TIA for helping!

The additional guest fee is for additinal guests on the reservation, within the max. amount of guests set in your listing.

Damages can be claimed as explained here:
