Fake booking
Somone used my boyfriend’s profile, and booked 2 places. We could cancel one of the bookings, but the other has started, and used someone else’s card for paying..We reported it, but didn’t get any answers..
What should we do?

@Fruzsina3 , google the phone number for Airbnb that is closest to you. I don't think there is one right in Hungary.
Have your boyfriend call them and explain.
If it is long-distance and too expensive to call, use Twitter. Even if he has to set up a Twitter account just for this, it is worth it. Send a direct message to @Airbnbhelp

Oh, maybe also you could try contacting the host of the booking that has already started, @Fruzsina3 . Get that host to contact Airbnb as well.

@Fruzsina3 You should definitely contact the host of the listing where the booking has already started. Not only should they be made aware that the person who has arrived isn't your boyfriend and has stolen his credit card information, the host could contact the local police and they would hopefully question this person if they stole credit card info.
