Feedbacks
I came across a problem with leaving two different feedbacks to two different guests (both registered with Airbnb) under the same reservation. It turns out I cannot split my opinion in two and give different grades to two different people even though they stayed together. Airbnb advises me to leave just one feedback to the guest who actually booked and paid for reservation and the same feedback will appear in the profile of the other guest. Again, both guests are registered with Airbnb and feedbacks are important to them. However, I am willing two grade guests differently and provide individual opinions on each person. I find it extremely unfair that Airbnb forces me to chose only one opinion and provided it as common to both guests. People (guests) are different and deserve individual opinions from hosts.
In my case, I hosted two friends who gave me two opposite impressions as guests. Like I said, they deserve individual feedbacks but Airbnb does provided an option to split feedbacks. Thank you

@Юрий-Семёнович0 I think of it a different way : the review is supposed to be about your experience with the stay, not a "grade" or judgment of the individual people's characters. If it was only one booking and there's only one you, that only merits one review.

Well…
You actually grade people, especially when you’re being asked about communication…

You grade the experience of the overall stay not individual guests @Юрий-Семёнович0
So if one guest had poor communication then that would affect the rating for the review .
It would be ridiculous to have to review individuals particularly when many hosts don't even meet their guests .

I’m renting a bedroom a in a two-bedroom apartment. A lot of people (hosts) do the same and it’s quite common. I should’ve emphasised that I’m renting only part of the apartment and live there myself.

@Юрий-Семёнович0 you're not being asked to grade your customers' personal communication skills. What's relevant to other hosts was how your experience was communicating with them as a group - specifically, did they respond to messages, could you successfully relay important info, etc. Same goes for the other ratings - it's not about the individuals, but rather the end results of how their cleanliness ant following of house rules affected your experience as a host. If you had a serious issue with one and not the other, of course you can be specific about that in the written review.

It all comes down to fact that Airbnb. Guests have individual ratings measured in ⭐️‘s and groups don’t. Groups may consist of guests with different ratings. Also guests, as individuals may give different impressions. I think it is fair and makes sense to provide your feedback about each guest individually since guests form groups not vice versek

@Юрий-Семёнович0 As a home-share host myself, I understand your point, (although I only host one guest at a time, so never had this situation)- one of the guests might clean up after themselves in the kitchen, and one might leave a mess behind themselves, or one might be sweet and friendly and the other rude.
But the guest who made the booking is ultimately responsible for the behavior of the group as a whole, so you are reviewing the stay as a whole, rather than the individual.
However, you can mention that one of the group behaved objectionably in the written review if that is the case. And base your star ratings on the behavior of the group and whoever did the communicating re the things that pertain to the booking- letting you know arrival time, etc.
If the booking guest was fine, but you wouidn't want their buddy in your home again, and that brings down the star ratings or results in a not great written review, the booking guest might think twice about who they include in their future bookings.
But the way I would handle this would be to send the guest private feedback after the review is published, explaining that the review would have been better had the other guests they booked for behaved themselves better, if that's the case. And in case you aren't aware, guests can't see the star ratings they are given, only the written review.
