Festive greeting cards 2021 to past guests

Hi all

can anyone help? How can I send the new festive e-cards to guests before 2019. They don't show up on the page. I would like to connect with my guests I had before 2019 as well.

( I am a bit of a technophobe (:  )

Maybe Airbnb wants to limit sending greeting cards to guests so as not to get sued as a spammer?

There should be an email gone out and an option on your Host dashboard. Let me know if it's missing and I'll get the guys to take a look.

I got it as an email, not in my dashboard....but only from 2019 onwards. I would like to send previous guests a message too. 

Is that possible?

I'm afraid it's mean to be only for guests of 2021 so you having 2019 onwards is a happy surprise. Sorry about that - will take it to the team for next year to have a longer period of time for recipients.

@Stephanie  The last time we had this, the list of guests from other years came up after a few days.  Limiting the recipients to only guests who came this year is short-sighted, imho.

I haven't gotten the email this year, but does one have to get the email to find it on the dashboard?  I don't see it there, either...
