Fraudulent Charges on Credit Card

My card was charged $3,076 TWICE by AirBNB in June 2020.

I have used Air BNB 2 times in a one month period, once in the magnitude of $600 and once for $400. Both those charges also appeared in addition to the theft.

Investigating the site and asking for assistance has resulted in NOTHING from AirBNB - No reply, no support. I have contacted my bank, but am disgusted by the service and the ability to find resolution to this through my site and get a refund. This is a horrific experience.

Can you dispute the charges with your credit card company?  @Angela2282 , trust me, Air BNB is in a terrible state right now for both guests and hosts so better to deal with your credit card company.   Good luck!
