[GAME] Tourist destinations in Europe

Screenshot 2023-07-02 at 9.38.05 PM.png

Hi everyone 👋

This week, we're jet-setting across Europe in a game exploring some of its most iconic cities and must-visit spots. 🔥

Here's how it works - we've scattered clues for you below. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decipher these hints and drop the name of the location in the comments. Heads up 🙌 the map number is a nifty guide to the whereabouts of the city/place, but it might not be pinpoint accurate. To keep the game fair and fun, let's stick to one guess per comment 😊

Got a travel tale or two about these places? Or perhaps your listing is right in one of these locations? We'd love for you to share your experiences!

@Paula Sadly 10 is so far out (should be be below 28) I refuse to answer this one. 28 however is quite well placed and is Bristol.

Oh and I know you said it wasn't pin point accurate but sticking Dorset (South coast) in the Lake District just South of Scotland is going a bit far.

Hey @Mike-And-Jane0 that's correct, Bristol is #28. Thanks for pointing out my mistake in #10 😎. I updated its clue which even hints at how I made my mistake in the first place 😁

@Mike-And-Jane0  Almost made it to Bristol. Got as far west as Bath, which I loved.

@Pat271 I think it was probably best to stop at Bath. Although I suspect some on here may disagree.....

Hello @Branka-and-Silvia0, Correct, Zagreb is #20, I've heard that the Christmas markets in Zagreb are absolutely amazing 😍.  I was wondering, have you noticed if this is something that your guests eagerly seek out when they visit your listing? Is December a peak season for you?

@Paula   Zagreb won 3 x in a row (the maximum allowed) as the best European advent destination

Advent fairs and festivals start at the beginning of December and last until January 6th. Streets are decorated already in November

Yes, it is the peak season. Festivals, markets, concerts, art installations, fairs.... are everywhere in the city center https://www.adventzagreb.hr/?lang=en

My advice would be to visit during the week because Airbnbs are more expensive during weekends than in summer and it may be too crowdy.

Another advice would be to leave the car at home and come by plane or bus bc traffic is insane and parking space is hard to find

You are right, that one was in Poland, it works for another place in this game 😉. What about this one? I took it from 👉here. This is another reason why I need to go to Zagreb so I can post my own pictures 📸

@Paula Number 10 is not Zagreb. Or if it is your geography has got a whole lot worse. This number 10 seems to be your bette noire.
