Bonjour, la liste pour moi serait mieux de me l'écrire en français. Merci

Hi

I have almost every thing in my villa.

Linen, towels, shampoo & conditioner

No EV charger as we are rural and there are none in the area.

No pool or hot tub per insurance requirement.

No fireplace but we do have a firepit.

But we do have about every small appliance you can think of:

Popcorn maker, donut maker, waffle maker, hot dog maker with bun steamer, toaster, toaster oven, coffee & tea and a few others that we don't have in our primary house.

In addition to a supply of coffee, tea and a variety of snacks, our guests are provided with farm fresh eggs.

I've got PlayStation and Pinball for kids and kids at heart!

My guests appreciate the home office, the guys like cable tv with sports channels, the  onsite parking,  24 hr security,  fast charger and luxury shower gel.

Not near a beach, more like mountains, so no beach gear, no hot tub and NO aircon.

The last one annoys me in that it penalises properties that are eco built to not need aircon. The property was carefully designed with concrete slab, north south orientation (southern hemisphere), low ceilings and windows for cross ventilation. We are in a cool climate as well. So we can't get 'family' tickbox listing etc yet we are family holiday home. But I digress...

We have everything else though...

I definitely won't be doing a hot tub - the cleaning and maintenance on that on top of 44 acres of gardens, pool and paddocks would be too much.

EV Charger this is year is starting to show signs of interest after 18 months. Which is fine, it was for us anyways. It got me my most recent booking as the guest searched on it.
