Getting Relisted

I was wrongly delisted -- due to the fraudulent use of my L.A. City Home Sharing Certificate number by another Airbnb host.

The City has restored my Certificate and notified Airbnb -- I was told it's up to Airbnb to now remove the"exemption code" that prhibits me from booking short term rentals.  Customer Support has informed me my case has been "escalated" so the team that can do this.  But, after two weeks, I have not heard from Airbnb and I still can not relist.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks, Nick!

We have had little luck with CS -- they keep telling us our case has been "escalated" -- but have no way of verifying that anyone is actually doing anything.  We have a valid L.A. City Home Sharing Permit and verification from a supervisor with L.A. City's Home Sharing unit that Airbnb has all of the updated information -- and Airbnb just needs to remove the "exception code" they placed on our listing.

Even with Covid-19, this should not take what has now been over four weeks to deal with.

Thanks,

Jeff (and Shelley)
