Getting a refund for a fake Airbnb listing

Hi there, on wednesday I arrived to check in at my airbnb booked & paid for  fake (R6500!!) listing @gerrit @23btamarisk  . When I got there they told me they have not been operating for years already and the lady rudely slammed the phone down.  I have tried all the official (useless) written channels on Airbnb - all to NO avail as there is no option for the event of fake listings on Airbnb.  Please can someone help me to get my full refund before i explode! @Ingrid736 have you checked your booking confirmation where there should be a phone number you can use in situations like this. I am wondering if you might have booked on a scam website - lets hope not.
