I’ve been with Airbnb as a Host since 2016, with the same personal, payout and address details.. recently I’ve been asked to upload my Government ID or my payments will stop!!!
Explained that I’m actually waiting for new Passport to arrive and probably won’t be until January now as its the Christmas period… they have now stopped my last two Payouts 05/12 & 18/12 .. yet i can continue to Host Guests in which I’m currently hosting this weekend, Guests can still book a reservation with myself… without my Government ID being Verified. Yet my guests are able to book with only a Mobile, email and profile Photo to verify themselves???
For the first time ever since 2015 that the Airbnb Support Team refuse help..
Im absolutely disgusted..
