I looked at your listing.

It seems to me it needs some tuning.

- there are no foto's of the interior of the house

- there is no description

- there is not an overview of the sleeping  arrangements

- there are no houserules

- Price is the same for 1 guest or 10 guests

Starting with a cancellation (see reviews) is not a good start !
