Guest Review Email Sucks

Hi

We all receive an email when both guest and host reviewed each other. 

 

The guest email  include the review and first name of the guest.

 

This info is pretty useless if you have more than one listing.

 

Every time we have to search for the name and hope not one guest with the same first name stayed with us. 

 

I want to request that Airbnb includes the reservation reference or the name of the property they stayed at when they send the guest's review to us. 

 

I asked support but not sure if the first level support will escalate the issue to the right person.

Yes, there is very minimal information in the review-email.

You can also start writing a review from the list of reservations or the inbox.

That's an interesting suggestion, thanks for sharing it here! Just to be sure I understand correctly, are you referring to an email informing you a guest has now left a review for you, or one telling you you can leave a review to one of your guests? As @Emiel1 mentioned above, there is another way to get to the latter, although I do understand that if you have several properties it might be challenging to manage.
