Guest is asking me to cancel?

I'm a brand new host. I have a new booking asking to have many visitors over more than I am comfortable with so she said if that was a problem she would need to cancel.  Now she is asking me to cancel the reservation instead?  What should I do?

@Desirae3 When reservation was made, was number of guests noted? Your listing states 8 guests. Is there a fee for extra guests? Is maximum number of guests noted in your listing? If you cancel, you could br dinged. I suggest asking guest to cancel.
