Guest left and canceled their payment method
Guest just left and canceled their payment method without cancelling properly. Airbnb support has not been responsive to help me unblock my calendar. I’m extremely frustrated with this and considering to not use airbnb anymore.

Was it a "long term stay" and the guest did not pay the next installment ?
Otherwise you have been payed already for the whole reservation and if not cancelled by the guest just wait until end of reservation....

yea it’s long term stay. they supposed to stay until eng od August. Now i think i’m not going to get any income 😞
