Guest’s profile

Hello, 

I’m not confident at accepting a guest request when there appears to be no profile at all - I clicked on their name, and there was nothing, just a first name and their town. I know you won’t get a full name or photo ‘till your accept, but is it normal to see no profile details whatsoever? I declined but wonder if I was mistaken...🙆‍♀️

A guest is not obliged to provide all information when creating an account.

You can also see when the profile is created.

You can ask the guest for more information or to verify their ID.

if still not satisfied then better decline a booking request (or ask the guest to retract the booking request). If it is only an inquiry, just stop the communication after at least 1 message from you (no need to decline)
