Guest wants to change her bookings..

My guest wants to change her booking to next year but she says the change request won’t let her book in to July 2023? Is there a reason why, I have helped her as best I can but I think I need to ask you all to see if there is a reason she cannot change her booking? Thanks

Is your calendar blocked after July 2023?

Are you aware that the guest can cancel without penalty if you accept it?
