Work on your listing @Samar196.  Re-arrange the photos, making one of the bedroom photos the cover photo.  Remove any photos that aren't relevant - like the photo of the banquet room.  A guest booking a room for two isn't likely to need a banquet room.  Rewrite your description.  It's ungrammatical, so reach out to a translator friend for help.  Add a few bullet points to list exactly what amenities guests will be able to use.  Guests need to know what they're getting and what they're not getting.

Yes thank you i will

@Samar196   Guests can already see that your Airbnb listing is new and unreviewed before they book, so that's not exactly the reason they're cancelling.

Your listing includes photos from the Cairo Pyramids Hotel, which I presume you're the owner of (nice place!). But the name of your hotel isn't disclosed in the listing. So if a booked guest only finds out the name of this hotel when their booking is confirmed, a simple web search reveals that they drastically overpaid for their room due to Airbnb's added service fee. Why would anyone keep a booking with this hotel on Airbnb when it's available on many other platforms for a much lower total price?

Also, those listing photos are blurry and appear to be copies of copies of copies. That makes the Airbnb listing look like a scam operation using stolen images, rather than a legitimate hotel.

Are you truly the proprietor of this hotel with thousands of reviews on several platforms including Booking, Agoda, etc? And if so, why on earth did you create this Airbnb listing?

Yes i have room rented there , should i put the original name of the hotel ?! Or it willbe a problem and about the photos i will update them with more good quality

@Samar196   Of course the listing should show the name of the hotel, but once again I don't understand why a guest would pay the Airbnb service fee to book it on this platform. What does Airbnb have to offer a business like yours?

Even after the fees of airbnb the prices is less than on other platforms

@Samar196   I agree with what @Anonymous has said.  What also does not help, is that although you have only one listing, the photographs you show are exactly the same as shown on different sites (which are cheaper to book through) and are of at least three different rooms.  If you have three different rooms available then you should have three different listings in order that a guest can see exactly what they are booking.
