Guests ask for confirmation before reserving

Hi, a guest asked me to confirm his reservation before coming, but I do not think I have activated such button.

I would like guests to reserve immediately, so is there any relevant button that I activated by chance and can deactivate again?

If you are on Instant Book, guest can book without your confirmation.

However depending on your settings some guests still need your confirmation.

Either way, Instabook, or an approved Request to Book, once a reservation is accepted and confirmed via Airbnb, the guest immediately receives a confirmation email from Airbnb.  As does the host.

I hope that this booking was made via Airbnb and not some other means.
