Has anyone presented a lawsuit against airbnb for wrongfully unlisting their property?

Hi. I am hoping someone can share their experience and even their contact if they have ever been successful in a lawsuit against airbnb for wrongfully un-listing a property. I have already spent several weeks and much time on the phone with airbnb regarding my listing. Apparently it was unlisted as a duplicate listing of a previous listing that violated airbnb policies. I am a new owner. I purchased this property in January and since have had five star reviews. I reached out to the previous owner, who was a superhost when I purchased this property and he said he had to cancel his last three bookings because of our closing, he was no longer going to be the owner. He said he later received an email that he lost his superhost status due to him canceling those reservations. Apparently this has affected me as a new owner, and I have been unlisted, and I have appealed it twice, including the deed, the closing documents, the registry provided from my closing attorney to prove that there was an exchange in ownership. Both appeals were declined and I have been told by airbnb there is nothing else I can do. I have spoke to several ambassadors and two supervisors who cannot provide me with clarification on what the problem is and how to resolve it. I have practically begged for transparency and a reasonable decision, which I’m pretty sure is included in their good faith policy. If anyone is violating a policy, I feel at this point it is airbnb. I am not a person to seek legal action in a normal situation; however, airbnb is not providing me any other option at all or I would’ve already went down that avenue. Has anyone experienced this and if you have and succeeded in a lawsuit against them, please share who you used and any advice you could give me. I would rather speak to the CEO of this company or the specialty department before doing any of this, but that is not an option. My closing attorney & previous owner are willing to get involved. I have found several attorneys online who specialize in airbnb lawsuits, but I would really like someone who has did this before to refer me to someone. Thank you.
