Help Centre

Hi 

I have an impression that the help centre is not the same as was before . Currently I have issue ( probably technical problem) with visibility of my listing . I messaged help centre about it 2 days ago  and received one message indicating that the help centre consultant didn’t even bother to  go through my problem   so I messaged couple times  again  trying to explain my case . No replay . So I messaged asking  at least about the status of my case .Again : complete ignorance!  
I was dealing many times with help centre and I never had a problem . They used to  get back to me after I asked anything and  in the end ask me if they can close the case  but  it didn’t happen this time . 
What changed in the quality of care for the superhosts lately?

If you search this CC you will see many complaints about Airbnb CS. In my opinion, it has been declining in quality for years, but particularly in the past two years or so when Airbnb laid off a lot of its call centre staff and outsourced much of its CS.

 

RE the visibility of your listing, sure it could be a technical problem, but you should also read some of the posts on this forum about Categories and the Summer Release. You will see that this has greatly impacted the visibility of many listings, which might be an explanation for your problem, in which case CS really aren't going to help you with that.
