Help!

I need help, my personal account is no longer showing because I helped my boss create an account for which they want me to manage.  I used the same cell no, but differnt emails.  It did ask for my name and soc security.

I have now tried to change the email, and phone number.  Yet I can't get my personal account to work.  HELP!

@Lisa5185 as @Alice-and-Jeff0 said you will probably need to call Airbnb to straighten this out.

Before starting over, consider carefully whether you or your boss should be the listing owner for the new place. Either of you can be the listing owner, and the other can be a co-host; and in either configuration either of you can be the primary host. The listing and its reviews will stay permanently with the listing owner. Co-hosts cannot send or request money through the resolution center or see private review feedback. There are pros and cons to either arrangement.

@Lisa5185 - it's a single profile to a single person platform.  Airbnb has shut down your personal account because it appears that you have set up a second one.

If the boss wants you to manage his Airbnb arrangements, you need to set up Airbnb for Work.  https://www.airbnbforwork.com/

@Alice-and-Jeff0 How can I fix this, in order to gain my personal account again?

Do I delete the profile and restart?

Airbnb for work, I thought that was for working professionals who travel within business?  My boss wants to list his second home, and me manage it.

@Lisa5185 - you'll probably have to contact Airbnb to get your personal account reinstated.

Yes, I misunderstood what you were talking about regarding handling your boss's account.  I thought it was for travel.

If you are going to manage his Airbnb listing, he needs to create a profile and a listing in his name, get verified, and enter in his banking account information.  Once that's complete, you can be added as the co-host and be made the primary host.  As the primary host, you will be the person that is called in the middle of the night when there is a problem with the property.
