Help!!!!!!!

So my dad booked a trip under his old email. The problem is he has since created a new email and no longer remembers the password to his old one, so now he doesn't have access to any of the check-in instructions. He also doesn't remember making an Airbnb account and we tried logging in with that email but it didn't work because he didn't know the password. We know it is booked because we have the confirmation and verification numbers along with the money being taken out of the account. Does anybody know any ways to get access to the information????

Your dad can only have booked a trip under his Airbnb Account (not via email).

If he can not login because of forgotten login/password, then he must contact Airbnb to resolve this.
