It took me a bit to reach out, but connecting with other hosts would be a big help. I hosted from 2012 to 2018 on another account, and now I’m back with a more professional setup. Overall, it’s been rewarding 🏆, though I’ve had three notable incidents, including two challenging guests and a gas explosion in the building next to one of the properties that I manage.
While I appreciate Airbnb’s mediation efforts, it sometimes feels like cases are handled inconsistently. Do others feel that guest interests often take priority? Thanks for any insights, and greetings from Playa del Carmen and Tulum! 🌴
