Host cancelation due to poor previous reviews

Hello everyone, 

Hopefully someone can guide me with this.

My Airbnb automatically accepts bookings and I have been very happy with how this has worked thus far.

I recently got a booking and upon reading their 1 review, I am unsure if I am comfortable to host them.

I have reviewed the rules on host cancelation and I am worried that my Airbnb performance and stats are going to be affected if I go ahead and cancel their reservation. 
To me, this is very frustrating. Reviews are the most important aspect (in my opinion) of Airbnb and I read all my reservations previous reviews to make sure I am comfortable with honouring each booking. 
This is the first time I haven’t been completely happy with a previous review. Surely with the reviews being so important, as hosts we should be able to react to the information in them without being penalised.

Has anyone any thoughts?

@Patrick2186 as an IB host you should be able to cancel 3 reservations per year free of penalties. Not sure if this affects your super host stats.
