Host referral program

I had already begun working on creating a listing when my referring host sent me her link. Somehow I managed to duplicate my listing and apparently activated the one not associated with her link. (My first booking was over $200 so I cleared that requirement; the other listing has never been active.) Is there an email address I can use to state my issue and make it possible for the referring host to get her referral fee? (And so I can delete the non-active duplicate listing.) To my knowkledge the host referral program is (temporary ?) not active.
