Hi guys, A guest booked my place and then immediately cancelled because they booked the wrong dates. The dates they want aren't available, so I said I would issue a refund if they cancel their booking. They've cancelled the booking and I want to issue a full refund.. but will AirBnB charge me the Host Service Fee? If they do then I will only be giving the guest a partial refund.. because I don't particularly want to be charged £30 for being kind!
