Hosting - Adding an extra night

Hi

Our guest made a mistake on their booking.  The original booking had the check-out taking place today at 11am, but when we went to clean the place at 2pm the guests were still there.  They incorrectly thought that they had booked until tomorrow morning.

We have agreed that they can stay an extra night but I initially told them to just book the extra night through AirBnB.  The problem with this is that they will automatically be charged a second cleaning fee as this will go in as a separate booking. Additionally, these guests were our very first guests to book and when they made their initial booking they were taking advantage of a discounted offer that we had put in place for our first 3 bookings.  That offer has now expired  but we are happy to offer this 1 night extension at the original rate.  So how do we extend the original AirBnB booking by one night at the original rate and do this without the guests incurring a second cleaning fee?
