The host disgraced my entire family by mentioning bedsheets torn and some drain trap broken. On top of that a comment was made by the host Jenifer(Goa, India) on my religion and I faced racial abuse and apparently the host was let go scot free and was mentioned in the resolution that airbnb can't reveal the process or scroll taken against the host. I replied to the review immediately and mentioned that it's all false, but the review hasn't been taken down. I want to escalate this don't know how as even though I replied now I feel that such a host who spreads lies and is a superhost should not be let scot free. I initially let go of the racial abuse since we are mellowed down family people, should have mentioned that too in my review. Strange thing is my review was a very pleasant one even though I faced these atrocities.
