My partner and I are looking to go to Punta Cana for two weeks 8th March - 22nd March 2023. We don't have to stay there the whole time but we would love to offer our house in London (close to central but in a quiet cul-de-sac).

One double bedroom, connected balcony, soaking tub & shower, kitchen, and living room. 10 minutes from the closest station which takes you straight into central London in 25 minutes!

Why don't you use one of the host swap groups on FB or house swap websites @Nicole611 

It may rather late in the day though to try and swap accommodation for a long haul stay as many travelling such long distances will have already secured their accommodation.

Alternatively there are lots of great hosts in the DR that you could book accommodation with.
