House completely damaged and Airbnb does not contact me already 2 weeks!

House completely damaged and Airbnb does not contact me already 2 weeks!

Dear hosts, 

 

I am experiencing huge problems. My last guest damaged my house:

 

- broken window

- broken door

- scratches on wooden oak floor

- rust stains in persian carpet

- cigarette burn floor

- cigarette burn table

- holes in walls

- damages on paint on walls

- clugged the shower

 

I have contacted Airbnb 5 times via telefonphone and 5 times per e-mail. Nobody is helping me out. 

 

Can anybody please help me? It is already two weeks! What can I do?

For claiming damages etc there is a specific procedure, which is mentioned here:

 

How do i request reimbursement under the host guarantee

and/or

What happens if a host wants to collect on their security deposit

 

Did you follow these procedures ?

Yes I already did but they just don't reply to calls, e-mails and messages. What can I do?
