House sale / Haus verkauf

I have booked an apartment for 6 months and my Landlord told me today, that they are going to sell the house. Can they cancel my contract earlier now and are they allowed to let people in my flat for visiting it during my renting time?

 

Ich habe für 6 Monate eine Wohnung über airbnb gemietet. Heute hat mir meine Vermieterin mitgeteilt, dass sie das Haus verkaufen werden. Können Sie meinen Vertrag jetzt eher kündigen und dürfen sie meine Wohnung  von Interessenten besichtigen lassen?
